Beware when loading the bag with heavy items, yarn may stretch and allow small items to fall through a gap between stitches. Surface wash with mild soap only.

All bags are handmade to order, we typically dispatch within 2-3 working days. Custom colours may take longer, we will inform you of expected timing when you enquire. 

All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

US Orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, which can take up to 6 business days.

For all other territories please email us for a quote. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your bag, you may request a return within 14 days via email hello@bestiesbags.co.uk, excepting bespoke items. Unfortunately bespoke items are not refundable, please check your order carefully before finalising. All non-bespoke returns must be received by us within 28 days from purchase. A full refund will be issued where bags are unused and labels remain intact. Charms are non-refundable.
